It's not just a cake, it's a Sweet Tradition, a sweet memory designed just for you.  I bake each cake and cookie fresh from scratch when you order them. Because of this, I can not bake your cake in one day. I am a very small custom only legal, registered Cottage Food business and I do a limited number of cakes each week. This way I can focus my full attention on each and every detail of your cake.

As a general rule, dates are booking  3-4 weeks in advance but it never hurts to check availability

Cakes

Each order is custom designed so there is no set price. Each cake is individually priced and you will receive a written quote for your cake order. Buttercream iced cakes start at $4.95 per serving and fondant covered cakes start at $7.00  per serving. The final cost of your custom cake will depend on your choices for the size, flavors, complexity of your design and the handmade elements created.

3D, sculpted, gravity defying and standing structure cakes starts are priced according to complexity of design and size. I have a $175.00 minimum for these type of cake regardless of number of servings. Please contact me for your individual quote.

Custom cookies- Standard sized (3-4") minimum order of one dozen

Custom cookie sets are priced individually and prices vary depending on design, size and packaging.  Email me for a written quote. 

• Most Decorated cookie sets start at $48.00/dozen  

• Elaborate cookie sets start at $58+ per dozen (includes characters, elaborate hand painted, very detailed and hand cut cookies. 

• Gift bagged cookie favors are available starting at $4.50 each

 

Cookies can also be done with your business and team logos for parties and business events! They make great thank you gifts for clients and coaches contact me for details.

Custom cake and cupcake toppers for sale - Prices vary according to design- like to bake your own cakes and cupcakes but not sure about the decorations? I can create custom toppers for you! 3D figure/character toppers start at $30.00 price varies according to size and level of detail.

Macarons come in a variety of flavors and start at $27.00 per dozen. Gift favor boxes are available

 

All of my cakes and cookies are baked fresh to order from scratch with only the finest FRESH ingredients.  I use REAL butter (lots of it), cream and other fresh ingredients like, Madagascar pure vanilla, Vietnamese cinnamon and high quality dutch chocolates. You'll taste the difference!

Serving sizes- 

Industry standard serving sizing of 1"wide x 2"deep x 4" tall are used in the catering and bakery industries, these standards are used as serving size guidelines. Remember when considering your cake size, it's better to over estimate than to run out of cake. I will always give you a printed personalized cutting guide diagram for your cake, if followed this will ensure that you get the correct number of servings from your cake.

 

Payment -

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is required to save your date and book your custom order. (Retainer invoices not paid within 48 hours of receipt are subject to cancellation- i will only send ONE reminder)

• Celebration Cakes/Cookies(birthdays, showers, anniversaries) must be paid in full week before event

• All Wedding orders must be paid in a FULL 30 days prior to your date. Wedding consultations are booked by appointment only and are virtual until further notice.  Tasting To Go boxes are available for $35 each box contains: three flavors of *cake.

   (*standard cake flavors only, vanilla bean cookies )

Sweet Traditions accepts cash, check and all major credit cards. Payments can be made online using my Pay Pal account ( it"s easy, convenient and secure and all you need is an email address)

 

Please note that I do a limited number of cakes each week so I can focus my full attention on each order. All orders are booked on a first come, first paid basis. Until retainer/payment is received along with your signed contract, your order is NOT placed and your date is still available. I typically book 3-4 weeks in advance depending on time of year- so, to ensure your date is available contact me as soon as possible.

 

Delivery-   Delivery to Sperry, Skiatook and Owasso is available on request and for a pre-determined fee.

 

Pick-up- Pick up times are scheduled at time of order. Saturday pick ups are between 9am-12pm unless other arrangements are made. If you can not make your scheduled time, please call to reschedule. If you do not call and reschedule a late fee will be charged.

 

I take great pride in my work and strive to give my clients the best experience from start to finish. Your cake is custom designed specifically for YOU.  I want my clients to enjoy the process of creating something specifically for their event.  Please keep in mind that your order is CUSTOM design and all hand made. I prefer to design something original and unique, specifically designed for each client.  If you choose to send me a specific design, I will use it as reference only. There may be differences, all designers are different and no two cakes are EXACTLY the same.

Once your cake is picked up by you or your representative it is considered "accepted". If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake/order, you assume ALL liability and responsibility for the condition of the  cake/order once it leaves our possession.
